A Scarce Minneapolis Firearms Co. Palm Pistol In Excellent Original Condition Serial Number 2246.
1 and 3/4 inch round barrel. 32 centerfire, 7 shot. Very limited production from 1891 to 1892 with only 3000 produced. Over 12,000 Chicago Palm Pistols were manufactured making the Minneapolis a rarely seen variation.
Serial 2246 retains over 97% bright original nickel, has all matching numbers and most importantly it functions as it should. The checkered gutta percha panels are crisp. The bore is excellent.
Making this outstanding example even more appealing is the picture box lid featuring a large hand gripping the Palm Pistol. You will search long and hard to find an equally fine Minneapolis.
