Allen's Patent Pepperbox Revolver .31 Cal

Allen's 1837 Patent Pepperbox, cast steel barrel, 6-shot, .31 cal. 

Barrels do not advance when the trigger is pulled.  Mottled gray patina, standard engraving.  Scattered light to moderate pitting.  Sideplate screw is a working life replacement and is held on with a nut.  Original wood grips.  

A reasonably priced Pepperbox with nice eye appeal.
