A Scarce British Georgian 1822 General Officer’s Sword.
32 and 1/4 inch etched pipe-backed blade. Left side of blade etched “GARDE 200 PICADILLY LONDON” and crown over “GR”. Regulation hilt with cross baton and sword over crown. Blade is polished bright. Hilt with much original gilding. Fishskin is excellent. Brass scabbard polished bright.
