A Fine Middle Eastern Kard Dagger With Black Damascus Blade And One Piece Morse Ivory Hilt Circa 1830.
9 and 3/8th inch long blade with gold Damascened spine and beautiful Black Damascus blade with needle sharp original point. Ricasso is gold Damascened as well. The one piece Morse ivory hilt with fine crystalline age patination and no damage (most unusual with these one piece grips).
The entire dagger of good quality and elegant construction. 13 and 3/4 inches overall. This kard is far above the norm and a find for the serious aficionado of Islamic weapons.
