The Imperial Army officer’s mounts in pristine condition throughout retaining nearly all gilt finishes on fuchi and kashira. The tsuka with perfect silk wrap and excellent quality same. The saya with 99% original enamel and no dents.

This is a very handsome samurai sword that was carried with great care and is in extraordinary condition throughout. Even all the castellated sepia are original.
